Two fires and a short menu
Our kitchen is built around two fires: a charcoal grill and a stone oven. Meat goes over the coals when the order comes in. The dough is rolled out in the morning and rests until lunch.
We keep the menu short. Each recipe belongs to one cook and comes out of the same hands every day.
